As a qualified electrical engineer with a strong background in building services project management, she leads with a clear vision for delivering high-quality, tailored outcomes that meet both technical and human needs. Her expertise spans sustainable and architectural lighting design, healthcare electrical systems, and lightning protection, with each project reflecting her commitment to functionality, efficiency, and long-term value.

Caitlyn is deeply passionate about integrating practical, user-centered design from the earliest project stages—ensuring that engineering solutions align with the way spaces are experienced and used. She works closely with clients, architects, and consultants to create environments that are safe, compliant, and thoughtfully designed.

David is a seasoned electrical design drafter with over 20 years of experience, specialising in commercial, healthcare, sports, and public lighting projects. He brings a deep understanding of compliance standards, technical requirements, and practical design principles to every project. His work is grounded in a strong commitment to functionality and performance, with a focus on delivering solutions that are both technically sound and aligned with project goals.

David is particularly passionate about user-centered design, ensuring that lighting and electrical systems not only meet regulations but also enhance safety, usability, and overall experience. Known for his precision, efficiency, and collaborative approach, he works closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to develop well-coordinated, high-quality outcomes across a wide range of environments.

With over 45 years of experience in design drafting for heavy civil and structural engineering projects, Tony brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Becentia team.



He is proactive in evaluating designs against project briefs to identify potential improvements and has a strong track record of producing accurate, practical, and safety-conscious documentation. With deep knowledge of industry codes, standards, and WHS requirements, Tony ensures that all his work upholds the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.

Hannah is currently studying a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at QUT, with a strong interest in applying her skills to real-world challenges. She’s passionate about finding innovative and efficient solutions to complex problems and enjoys the creative side of engineering just as much as the technical. Hannah is also drawn to the collaborative nature of the industry—she thrives in team environments and values the opportunity to learn from others while contributing her own perspective. With a curious mindset and a people-first approach, she’s excited to grow her experience and make a meaningful impact through her work.

Madeleine is currently studying a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering at QUT. With a strong curiosity for how things work and a passion for hands-on problem solving, engineering felt like a natural path—one inspired early on by her father, a long-time structural draftsman. While her academic focus is in mechanical engineering, her role at Becentia has broadened her experience, offering exposure to a different facet of the industry and the opportunity to work on site, where she sees engineering concepts come to life.

Patrick is currently studying a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electrical Engineering at The University of Queensland. During his schooling, his strong aptitude for mathematics and enjoyment of problem-solving subjects sparked an interest in engineering and system-based thinking. Alongside his academic studies, he has gained practical experience working in physical electrical installations, providing valuable insight into real-world electrical systems and industry practices.
