West Moreton – Design Manager 

Becentia are engaged by Queensland Health on behalf of West Moreton Hospital and Health Service to provide building services Design Management across all current projects within the health region.



This involves providing design advice, review services, briefing of senior staff, applications for funding and general design management across a mixture of major construction projects and minor ongoing projects. This includes Low Voltage, High Voltage, HVAC, Hydraulics, Wet & Dry Fire and Medical Gas Services.

Redcliffe Hospital Redevelopment

In preparation for the major building upgrades to the Redcliffe Hospital as part of the Capital Expansion Project, Becentia have been engaged to rationalise the inground services design to ensure it is practical and constructible, with cognisance of the sitewide construction methodology. This involves close coordination of the High Voltage, Low Voltage, Communications and Earthing Services with all other disciplines on site and swift reaction to any latent site conditions.
